THE REAL ESTATE BUSINESS COURSE (REBC) 53RD STREAM – THE GOLDMINE EXPERIENCE

The 53rd session of the Real Estate and Business Course (REBC), was remarkably impactful and enormously loaded with the acquisition of new knowledge and grand exposure of real estate business.  

The main areas of discourse encircled three key specializations namely:
  • The General Module
  • Real Estate Sales and
  • Real Estate Development
The general module specialization comprises courses designed to give participants an in-depth knowledge of real estate either as a novice or professional in the real estate market. It treats in greater details: Negotiation skills in real estate, real estate as a business, how to count your money, real estate law and documentation, the art and science of joint venture, alternative dispute resolution amongst others.

Participants who took the ‘real estate sales specialization’ were exposed to: Brokerage and property management, social media and ICT use in real estate, dynamics of property marketing and sales, international real estate agency amongst others.

Whereas, those who subscribed to ‘real estate development specialization’ had a good grasp of: Construction basics, project management, planning and surveying fundaments and real estate finance.

The 53rd stream which falls under the last quarter for the year 2022 ended in a grand style at the graduation ceremony held in the training centre.

An industry expert well-grounded in the field of real estate was invited to share his experience and release real time practical knowledge and insights of the real estate market.

Some alumni of the school were also invited to share their experience on what the real estate journey has been for them so far.  Participants were given opportunity to ask questions and answers were provided accordingly.

They were highly elated and motivated to do more in the real estate industry while also seizing the opportunity to network for real estate business deals amongst themselves.

The 53rd graduation ceremony was nothing short of bliss as participants began to testify on the value derived from the program. Some mentioned that the program could be likened to a ‘give-away’ because the value gotten is by far higher than the amount paid.
